PARTNER ANNOUNCEMENT: Great News! We Are Helping Steady Build a More Inclusive Culture
Since last year, many companies have pledged and advocated for diversity, inclusion and equity.
Real change needs action and investment. Sometimes what is needed is to take a step back and invest in creating inclusive cultures.
As a business and diversity consultancy, SB Consulting is always eager to support companies that want to get educated on DE&I, understand their diverse team’s needs, and implement policies that create inclusive cultures.
That is why we are excited to be working with our newest partner Steady HQ, a publishing tool and membership platform. Their main challenge is to keep diversity and inclusion at the centre of the business as they scale up as a startup.
To help them achieve this goal, we started working with Steady two weeks ago to deliver a 3-month diversity and inclusion programme on three streams: hiring and recruiting, promotion and progression, and community and belonging.
We’ve had one-on-one sessions and workshops where Steady’s employees benefit from learning about diversity and inclusion, deep diving into their company’s culture, and building frameworks to support business growth.
About the partnership, Steady’s CEO Philipp Schwörbel expressed:
